The recreational amenities of Wilchester and Wilchester West have been owned by the Wilchester Club since the development of the subdivisions during the 1960s.

Three pools – a competition pool with a 1-meter diving well and a rock pool, both with water slides plus a baby pool – are located on the SE corner of the intersection of St. Mary’s and Yorkchester. Three tennis courts and the park are located at the SE corner of the intersection of Memorial and Wilcrest.

All home owners of record of Wilchester and Wilchester West are members of these facilities and pay for maintenance and/or any renovations via their annual homeowner's association fees.

Wilchester Club directors are elected by all homeowners, and are directly responsible to them.

These facilities will continue to be preserved and enhanced for the benefit of all property owners.
