Any exterior modification to the property in Wilchester requires prior approval pursuant to the Architectural Control Guidelines, which form part of the deed restrictions.
ACC does not have an application form. Rather, just send an e-mail request to one of the ACC members specifying the address of the property and providing a general outline of the intended project. Also send the architectural plans covering the project, along with a site plot showing the location on the lot of the proposed project.
