The Wilchester neighborhood is located in the wooded Memorial area south of I-10/Katy Freeway, north of Buffalo Bayou, and bordered approximately by Wilcrest and Glenchester.
The subdivision was developed from a forest of native oaks and pines. Buffalo Bayou and Terry Hershey Park provides a natural setting for walking, biking or nature studies.
Each homeowner has membership in Wilchester Club, which owns and maintains pools, a park and tennis facilities within the subdivision.
Our subdivision has its own homeowners association called the Wilchester Owners Committee, which does the following, among other things:
Ensures deed restriction compliance and enforcement
Oversees an Architectural Control Committee
Contracts with Precinct 5 Constables for full time security surveillance
Contracts with WCA America for weekly household waste pickup from the back of the home & recycle/yard waste/heavy trash curbside pickup.
Upkeep 21 medians on North Wilcrest, 6 neighborhood signs and our portion of the Memorial brick wall
Wilchester Pool 2020 Updates
The Wilchester Pool will officially open for the 2020 summer on May 23! The pool will open with mandated reduced capacity, please see capacity limits posted on the red sign at the pool. Please see links under "Wichester Club" tab for the hours of operation, Covid-19 special guidelines, Swim Team information and more. Please take the time to read the Covid 19 special guidelines as this will give you more information on your pool visit. While no private pool parties are being reserved until after July 4th, the July 4th neighborhood pool party is still in the works, we will update more as we get information regarding the re-opening plans from the state!

The Annual Homeowners Meeting scheduled for March 31, 2020 has been cancelled due to current CV19 requirements. We will notify you via our newsletter when a new date is scheduled.

Any exterior modification to the property in Wilchester requires prior approval pursuant to the Architectural Control Guidelines, which form part of the Deed Restrictions, both listed above.
The application form to seek Architectural Control Committee review is available below.
This form also indicates the information to be supplied with the application.

Payment of ACC application fees should be sent to PO Box 19418, Houston, TX 77224. Make checks payable to Wilchester Owners Committee and note project address on payment please. NOTE: All Wilchester annual assessments must be current and review will begin once ACC application payment receipt is confirmed.
