Wilchester Club Information
The recreational amenities of Wilchester and Wilchester West have been owned by the Wilchester Club since the development of the subdivisions during the 1960s.
Three pools – a competition pool with a 1-meter diving well and a recreation pool and baby pool – are located on the SE corner of the intersection of St. Mary’s and Yorkchester.
Three tennis courts and the park are located at the SE corner of the intersection of Memorial and Wilcrest.
All home owners of record of Wilchester and Wilchester West are members of these facilities and pay for maintenance and/or any renovations via their
annual homeowner's association fees.
Wilchester Club directors are elected by all homeowners, and are directly responsible to them.

PARK
Come out to the Wilchester Park, located at the SE corner of Wilcrest and Memorial. Enjoy our playground, clubhouse, tennis, basketball, and restroom facilities!
Residents are welcome to use the park during daylight hours as the park closes at
Sunset unless reserved for an event.
Members are encouraged to use the barbeque facilities at the park.
Grills are conveniently located at the premises.
Residents in good standing can reserve either the Pavilion ($125),
Clubhouse ($250), or both for ($350).

What’s included with the clubhouse rental fee?
The clubhouse has central heat and air and comes with 8 60” round tables and 60 chairs to be used for your private event, along with a refrigerator/freezer, ice machine, and sink.
Please be sure to wipe down tables and chairs after use and throw away all leftovers.
The rental fee for both the clubhouse and pavilion allows a three-hour rental period
and covers the cost of cleaning/ maintenance.
Reservation requests should be made to Lizzie Corona.
If you need to make a reservation for a longer time frame, just let Lizzie know
and she will provide custom pricing.
The playground, park and restrooms are accessed by a locked gate
that is accessible by punch-code. Only residents are allowed access
and should contact Lizzie for this access code and the codes
for the restrooms and clubhouse facilities.
Please remember to close the gate behind you.
For your safety and the safety of others, please ensure
that the gate is closed upon entry and leaving.

General Information
Please note : Under 12 years old are required to have an adult present to swim and participate in a swim evaluation with a life guard.
Wilchester Club Pool season is late May through early September.
Party Reservations
Residents in good standing can reserve a section of the pool facilities for parties through Aura Aquatics

TENNIS
Our tennis community is very active!
Access to Tennis Courts
To request a key to the tennis courts please send an email with your name & home address to wilchestertennis@gmail.com. Once approved an email will be sent with payment & pickup instructions (cost is $11.00.) Please note that the park gate is entry via a coded lock. This code will be given upon request.

Leagues
Wilchester residents love to play tennis!
We currently have five women’s teams, a Wednesday morning Memorial League B-3 team, a Wednesday morning West Houston Ladies Tennis Association A team, Thursday morning Memorial League B-1 and B-2 teams and a Friday USTA 3.5 team.
For the men we currently have a Saturday morning Memorial League B-1 & B-2 team.
